Fuel Injection Technician 
 

We are seeking to hire a qualified Fuel Injection Technician to join our team. 

Job Responsibilities:

Have a basic understanding of the functions and operations of diesel engines specifically injectors and injection pumps.

Understanding of how to clean, teardown, assemble and test our remanufactured fuel injection pumps and injectors.

Uses chemical and mechanical methods to clean incoming pumps and injectors under company protocols

Teardown of cleaned assemblies using hand and small power tools as needed.

Uses various tools and equipment to assemble the pump or injector.

Must follow documented procedures and work instructions.

Have the ability to read and understand schematics.

A general toolset is required

Job Qualities:

Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve

Can work independently

Shows initiative and drive to be successful

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Basic computer skills

Willingness to learn

Previous experience required.

Note: Wage is dependant on individual experience.'

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician

Coastal Diesel Service, Inc. is seeking to hire a qualified Diesel Technician to join our team. 

Job Responsibilities:

Have an understanding of the functions and operations of diesel engines.

Be able to work on industrial, agricultural, on-highway, and marine applications.

Show drive and determination to continually improve your skills through taking part in authorized factory training (Cummins, Deutz, Perkins, Kubota, Onan, or Bendix training available; depending on the appointed position within the team)

A general toolset is required

OEM Factory certified desired

Understanding of how to repair and/or diagnose the following systems:

Preventative Maintenance

Cooling Systems

Fuel and Lubrication Systems

Drivetrains

Suspension and Steering Components

Brake Systems

Electrical Components

A/C Systems

Job Qualities:

Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve

Can work independently

Shows initiative and drive to be successful

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Basic computer skills

Willingness to learn

Previous experience required.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Hours: Mon - Fri, 7/8am - 5pm

All hourly wages are dependent on the level of experience and qualifications.
